How can I get in touch with Walser Skischule if I have questions regarding my ski lesson?

How can I get in touch with Walser Skischule if I have questions regarding my ski lesson?

You are welcome to call us on +43 5517 21600 or send an e-mail to info@walserskischule.at.

In any case, your personal ski instructor will contact you by phone one day before the start of the ski lesson by 6.00 pm at the latest. Then all open questions and details about the ski lesson (starting location, ...) can be clarified directly with your personal ski instructor.

How early do we need to book a private instructor?

As we are a small ski school, the motto for bookings is ‘The earlier, the better!’ - Ski lessons can be booked/reserved by telephone, e-mail or directly in the online shop.

Is it also possible to be taught by a specific ski instructor?

We will do everything we can to organise a ski lesson with your preferred ski instructor. However, as we are a small ski school, we cannot guarantee this. In order to be able to fulfil your wish, we therefore ask you to book/reserve as early as possible.

How can I pay the course costs?

You can pay cash on site. In the online shop, payment can be made via iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Direct debit, Visa or Mastercard.

Is the ski pass included in the course costs?

No, the ski pass must be purchased separately. The prices are available at https://www.ok-bergbahnen.com/shop/.

Do beginners also need a ski pass?

If you have never skied before, you do not need a ski pass on the first day. As soon as you switch to the lift, you will need a ski pass. Your personal ski instructor will then be happy to help you buy a ski pass.

Is the Walserbus free of charge?

If you have a guest card (Allgäu-Walser-Card), you can use the Walserbus free of charge.
